The Challenge

The existing backyard was a dusty, unfinished site with zero shade and extreme summer heat reflection off the house.

The EcoLand Solution

We graded the terrain, poured stamped concrete borders, constructed a heavy cedar shade pavilion, and installed 1,800 sq ft of cooling synthetic turf with smart irrigation for specimen plants.

“EcoLand turned an unfinished yard into our favorite part of our home. We spend every evening under our pergola now!”
